What does RD 8/2019 require from companies?

It requires companies to record the start and end of each employee workday, keep those records and be able to provide them when requested.

Is time tracking mandatory for all companies?

Generally yes for companies with employees in Spain, although some sectors or agreements may have nuances. The key point is to provide a reliable workday record.

How much does the service cost?

The current base price is 5 EUR per month plus VAT for companies with up to 6 employees, and it scales with active employees.

Can employees clock in from mobile or remote work?

Yes. The system is designed so teams can register their workday from different devices and work environments while maintaining traceability and reporting.

What reports can be generated?

You can generate clock-in reports, employee summaries, payroll-related information and vacation or absence tracking depending on the enabled module.

Is the post-payment document an invoice or a receipt?

At the current stage the platform generates an internal order or receipt after confirmed payment. The final fiscal invoice is reserved for the corresponding integration phase.
